Thank you SOOO much to everyone who helped out over the weekend and last night. I have moved out of Mile End and I’ve now had 3 nights in my new place in Norwood.

The cats have settled in really quickly and I pretty much gave in to letting them out on Sunday evening, they both came back so it’s all good. They’ve even got their own little in/out place so it’s all good. No more kitty litter.

My new next door neighbour Geoffrey invited me around for a guided tour of his place last night, interesting to see the other side of the house. He’s got the most AMAZING chandelier in his hallway that he found in a hard rubbish collection - wow!

This morning I walked to work, just over 3 km.

So I’m still in Canberra, almost finished running THE most challenging training course. I’m so looking forward to just crashing out on the plane and snoozing for a while. I couldn’t sleep last night so I stayed up and watched stage 15 of le tour de france, great hill climbs, 14 kms of UP, d’alp huerez? not sure how you spell it, I’ll check later and correct it.

Anyhow, so what I really wanted to say is that I’m moving house on Saturday, the truck is coming at 8am, yup, EIGHT AM - bleh. Moving from Mile End to Norwood (see my flickr pics and look at my house sets). I would REALLY REALLY love it if anyone had a spare hand or car to help me with some small stuff, that would really help. I can supply lunch.

House warming, details to come. Probably the second weekend in August!

Exciting things that are happening right now, I’m moving house this Saturday, the truck is coming at 8am! Eeek, but at least that means that things will get shifted earlier! I might even be able to do something Saturday night. If anyone wants to lend a hand, please leave me a comment and I’ll get back to you, I’ll supply lunch! xox
