Contraceptive Pill & headaches

I’ve recently started taking contraceptive pills again, to be specific Diane-35 ED. Before Diane I used to take Monofeme but I switched to get something that would work at clearing up my skin and help deal with unsightly facial hair.
I used to take Diane up until about November 2005. I stopped taking them due to getting tension headaches and jaw related pain (due to TMJ [Temporomandibular joint diseases and disorders]). As a test I decided to stop taking the pill, the headaches lessened, my quality of life improved immensely (until I got pregnant! - but that’s a whole other story).

Just recently, I thought maybe it’s time for another go with the pill. After all, it makes you more regular, lessens any menstrual cramps. It makes camping trips and holidays more fun (no periods or tampons to worry about!), and clears your skin up. However, after taking it reasonably regularly (I’ve missed about two pills) for the last two weeks I’ve started getting more headaches and jaw/neck tension.

I found an interesting comment on the Nurofen website:

If you develop headaches, or the nature of your headache changes, after starting on the oral contraceptive pill

What I’d like to know, is have you had issues with headaches and the contraceptive pill?

What kind of pill do you take? Have you tried other contraceptive methods (Implanon?).

Sure condoms exist, but they can break. Another accident is something I really do NOT want to experience again.

And YES, I want to have sex.

  • To monitor when my periods are due I use My Cycle (a free online ovulation/menstrual calendar).
  • To stop STD’s I use condoms.

But what else can I use? I don’t want anymore of these headaches.

Actually, while I’m on this topic; pads or tampons? What brand?

  • I prefer Libra tampons (so if you’re my future husband/boyfriend, you know what to buy at the supermarket).

Leave your answers in the comment form, or, if you like, send email to katie [at] lost.net.au.

Holy shit. I am having exactly this problem right now. I’ve been having tension related headaches for about 6 months and my doctor has decided it’s almost definitely because of the depo-ralovera I’m on for contraceptive (The three month injection). Unfortunately, I just had an injection so I have to wait two and a half months to try something else and see if that’s really the problem. But he suggested using the pill to make it better. wtf?!?!

Anyway, I used implanon for a year and it make me put on stacks of weight. And I felt really, really emotional for the first three months. I can’t recall having headaches though. Not keen to go on it again, regardless.

If depo is the problem I will try the pill and if that’s also a problem I’ll just use condoms and/or risk having kids due to broken condoms or something.

Tampons, definitely. Pads are too clunky.

Dammit! I was hoping the pill wouldn’t cause the headaches. I am looking forward to not getting them. :(

I have a secondary problem with the headaches.. being that the only thing that gets rid of them is nurofen plus which I’m allergic to. Yay! So I over-use my enhaler.. which (guess what?) causes headaches. *grumble*

I’ve never had problems with headaches on the Pill to the best of my memory (it’s been a fair few years since I used hormonal contraception) so I can’t add to this.

However, if you do end up using (just) condoms and you’re worried about breakages, you might want to consider a more comprehensive fertility charting system (FAM) than MyCycle. If you avoid having sex on the fertile days or use a backup method as well (I don’t know - diaphragm/cap?) than a breakage is unlikely to have the same consequences. And EBC is over the counter these days, so again, if you know that a breakage has occurred on a dangerous day, there’s that option.

DISCLAIMER: I don’t know about y’all, but I turn into a sex maniac on the most fertile days, so the suggestion that I refrain from bonking in that week is pretty ludicrous to me. But the information’s out there if you’re interested.

I’ve never noticed the pill causing headaches for me, but every time I’ve been on it I’ve had the most awful mood swings and I feel nauseous for hours after taking it. Oh, and put on weight.

My experiences with the pill make me question the sanity of doctors, at least in regard to what side effects are acceptable. Quality of life just doesn’t seem to factor into it; if a medication doesn’t kill you quickly, they hand it out like candy and berate you if you won’t take it.

The pill’s supposedly the low-side-effect option for treating my illness (stage 4 endometriosis), but I cry practically every day when I’m taking it. What use is a treatment that barely helps and makes me feel awful?

I’ve also had progesterone-only pills and they’re even worse. I gained almost 5kg in the 3.5 weeks I took it, all on the butt (dropped two bra cup sizes at the same time). Horrible! At least my doctor was supportive about me stopping that one…

My options now? Try more varieties of the pill (like 5 years of misery wasn’t enough), or testosterone, or stuff that’ll put me through menopause. Plus a choice of either addictive pain killers or ones that give me ulcers. What a choice. And/or an operation each year with a 5% risk I’ll die each time, at $6,000ish a pop because the bastards won’t operate on public patients.

Excuse my ranting, I’m in heaps of pain every day and the only doctors who take it seriously are the bowel surgeons, everyone else I’ve been to seems to think that ‘womens health problems’ are no big deal.

    But enough about me…

If the pill’s causing you too many problems, maybe give condoms another go. There’s a knack to using them and if you get it wrong, that’s when they break. For example, you have to be really careful with fingernails and jewellery cos they tear easily; if you leave too much air in the tip they can burst; sunlight, heat and oil-based lube weakens them; and if you don’t use enough lube, the friction will make them tear.

I know it’s all a bit of hassle, but it beats headaches, mood swings, bloating and all the other stuff… or at least, I think it does :)

PS: Funniest pill side-effect I’ve had? One of the ones I tried made my libido go away completely. Now that’s effective contraception!

I’ve been on tricyclic and monocyclic pills, and neither caused headaches.

What’s the link? Is it something to do with blood pressure? Mine is fairly low.

I dont have any headaches that are caused by the contraceptive that I’m on. It actually works for me skin wise, unlike my keratosis pilaris medications (the antibotics, skin cream, the whole works) o.0ne simple teeny tiny pill actually works better than the whole works.. but yeah, that’s a no from me, it doesnt affect my headaches in any ways.

I developed evil migraines recently and my doctor told me it was likely due to the pill, and that even if it wasn’t migraines+the pill put me in a high risk category for strokes. The fact that genetic factors already made me high risk for strokes meant that I took her advice and switched to a lower dose pill…and it worked…no migraines for months. However, being on the different pill reminded me of why I’d switched to the migraine-causing one so I’ve recently switched back and, lo and behold, my migraines are starting again.

It’s definately no myth that hormonal contreceptives and chronic headaches are linked, and having both can lead to some more medically serious conditions.

I went on the pill in 2002 to try and curb my period pain and after about a month, started suffering from migraines. The period pain calmed down but the headaches were intense. They would always come on a week after my period and would start in my left eye and lead to days of vomitting. In this time I also got a kidney infection, was incredibly lethargic and developed a lactose intolerance. This went on for three months before I decided to go off the pill. The migraines stopped immediately.

I then tried implanon. Within a year of getting the implant I was in hospital with an ovarian cyst. They thought it would go away on its own but a year of pain later and it had grown to 5.4cm x 5cm and had to be removed. Even post-surgery I was suffering from ovarian pain on my right side (same side as the cyst) which went away as soon as I had the implanon removed.

A friend of mine tried implanon a few years ago but had it removed after having her period non-stop for six weeks.

I’ve been told that my body doesn’t react well to synthetic hormones which means that any form of the pill is out of the question. I went through a lot of changes as a result of the pill/implanon and I don’t think I’ve been the same since. I still suffer from bad period pain but it’s much easier to handle than everything else I went through.

Tampons or pads? Neither. I’m a Diva girl :-) I switched to the Diva cup a few months ago, and have never looked back. The website is at http://www.divacup.com

Now I wonder why on earth I wasted hundreds of dollars over years and years on tampons. I must have been mad - or at the very least the victim of a serious amount of TV advertising. I like the fact that with a menstrual cup I only have to change every 9 - 12 hours, there are no ongoing expenses, and I don’t have to worry about leakage overnight. I’ve also said goodbye to stained underwear :-)

I haven’t had problems with headaches from any oral contraception, and I pretty much was proscribed the full range in an attempt to avoid the problems I was having with them.

So far, no probs with Depo-provera (or whatever it’s called) either. Or at least, I don’t think so…!

No headaches while on the pill (2-3 years). Now a fully converted implanon girl, no headaches/weight-gain (apart from bad lifestyle!).

Menstrual solutions: DIVACUP!! Never has it been so easy or cheap. Weird periods aren’t a problem with it. No-one ever has to know I’ve got it - no trips to the ladies WITH A BAG.

Seems to be few problems with my plumbing.. best of luck with yours!!

So going on some of the recommendations from you all, I thought I’d give Loette a try. I took if for about a month and a half I think: I have stopped taking Lowette, I didn’t give it long, about a month and a half, if that, but I’ve decided I like the way my body feels when I don’t take the contraceptive pill. Although, if the symptoms (one of which is a change in my sleeping pattern - I’m getting less sleep and I’m getting very tired but I can’t sleep until late and I wake up early) that I’ve noticed over the last couple of weeks don’t go away after a while, I’ll know that they weren’t from the pill. I took the ‘regular’ pill up to 6 months ago, but would occasionally forget to take it. I had no side effects on it. 6 months ago I switched to the Depo Provera 3 monthly injection. It’s been great and I’ve had no side effects, although the documented side effects do include headaches.

    http://health.ninemsn.com.au/article.aspx?id=25560

Apparently it also increases your appetite and can lead to weight gain, but I haven’t experienced that either. I think a lot of women put on weight and blame the injection, rather than the chips and chocolate ;)

Contraception (the pill, but not condoms) are free in the UK on the NHS - brilliant. Also you tend not to have periods on Depo, I’ve had one in 6 months … result. Just because something is natural doesn’t mean it’s good.

I just recently went on the implanon implant and have been bleeding now non stop for 20 days. I read the above comments of sarah re putting up with the bleeding for 6 weeks and then it dropped right off. I’m seriously hoping this is the case. i’m also experiencing more headaces but i’m not sure if its from the implanon or increased exercise regime. Also Drucilla mentioned that she takes a pill that helps with her KP, would love to know what this pill is as i also have KP. Drucilla could you let me know what this pill is, Ta. My email: d_lawry@optusnet.com.au.
Cheers hope everyone has found a solution.

The main reason i started on the pill was because of my irregular periods and bad skin.

I started on Diane 35 and developed migraines, depression, mood swings, lost concentration and weight gain (about 5 kg). I was also tired all the time.

I then went on Loette. No weight gain and my skin was perfect for a while. After the first 4/5 months my acne returned and i started to develop tension headaches and slight anxiety.

Now i am on Yasmin. I have just started my 5th pack. My skin is great and i have had no weight gain, but now i have horrible, horrible tension headaches and anxiety.

I went to see a doctor and he said that my tension headaches were due to stress but i know it’s due to the pill. So next week i am off to th doctor again (female) to get put on a lower dose pill and hopefully my acne won’t return.

Hi, I also was on Dianne to help clear up my skin. The pill worked wonders for my acne on my face, back and chest and I didnt have any more monthly cramps, but I after a few years being on this pill I had to change because I was having very bad migraines every month and also the jaw and eye pain on the left side of my face and I felt like I was a crazy woman. I am now on Loette and I have found that I am starting to get a few very bad red sore pimples before my periods, and my face and hair have become oily again. Loette is much better than Dianne, except for the fact that it isnt clearing up my skin as much. The dr also said that the loette pill could be causing my acne now!

Hi! I have been using Diane 35ED for many years for my skin and facial hair. I have suffered migraines since being on it. I have one as I type and at the commencement of my period. I have also changed to the cheaper version Estelle which is $20 cheaper as I am on a tight budget.

It is a catch 22 isn’t it? Do we go off it to stop the migraines and risk our skin problems coming back? Or stay on it and suffer migraines which for most of the time I get every month and for a while I was lucky to go through a week without one.

I am tempted to try a trial period without the pill to see if my skin condition changes and see if the migraines disappear.

Now that I am nearing my 40s I am hoping my skin will be alot different to when I first started the pill. Meaning hopefully it won’t return to the oily condition it once was due to being older.

I did like the fact that i had less period pain on the pill. I did skip one month once as I hadn’t gotten a new script at the time and the period pain was hell. I never missed again. But the constant migraines versus a few days of period pain I am thinking the lesser of the 2 evils might be better to put up with.

A friend of mine who went off the pill to start a family said her first 3 months of periods were a nightmare but then were fine after that. I am thinking I may go of it and see how I go. The migraines get me down too much and interfere with my everyday activities.

It was interesting to read I wasn’t the only one suffering migraines due to being on the pill.

Time for some Mersyndol and bed. I am hoping this isn’t a week long migraine this time. Fingers crossed.

Well, In feb this year i started taking the pill. Levlen ED. I have found more negatives out of it than positives. Yes, it does stop you getting pregnant and that’s great, and it does make your period more regular BUT, there are way too many downsides.
I have found that the pill gives me, lines under my eyes, mood swings, more pimples, the same amount of period pain, I have gained 7kg, and i used to weigh 43kg, makes me more tied and my sex drive has decreased.
These may just seem like complaints, but seriously I have noticed all of these effects since I started taking it. I am now in the month of June, and have decided that in a few days i am going of the pill.
I used to be fit, 100% happy and hyperactive. I want to be back to my normal self and the only thing i can think of what has changed that is the Pill. I am 16years old and am going to get back to my normal happy self.
I am not trying to discourage anyone from taking it, but before you make any final decisions, just think, are only going on it for the pleasure or for extra precautions? Now that I look back, i have come to the conclusion that i am too young to be taking it and therefore i am going to go off it ASAP.

I have been suffering terrible headaches for nearly two years. I have been to a number of doctors, natropath’s, CT scans, massages….you name it I have tried it. I have been on the pill for eighteen years, switched brands a few times, but never really had any problems. I have since linked these migrain intense headaches to the pill. I decided to document my headaches and a pattern began to happening each month. The second day into my period would see me in extreme pain that started in the eye, across the forehead and down the neck. I have friends who have tried the implant but gained nearly 10 kgs-so thats out! As my husband and I have two lovely children we have decided there is only one option for us…..he’s have a vacectomy!!! I am really looking forward to having by body back after all these years….contraceptive pill free. Thank you all for your advice. I am glad it’s not just me going crazy with the same headaches. The pill may be convenient but what are we really doing to our bodies each day we pop that little tablet in our mouths?

I used Diane for many years before children – it seemed to work ok, but I also suffered from TMJ Jaw joint problem at the time. I am never quite sure if tiredness, mental stress during PMS, headaches, TMJ are or if any of these are caused by the pill, or is it just me? I guess it is hard to tell with the list of symptoms in the brochures for any contraceptive pill, it is quite mind boggling and it always says at the end – there may be other symptoms not listed in this brochure!
After having my 2 children, I found as you may find that Diane did not seem to suit me any more as I became a crazy emotional woman, and stopped Diane immediately which seemed to stop the crazy woman problem. Then went onto various other contraceptive pills and ended up on Yasmin for the past year. I think I was a happier person on Yasmin but had shocking headaches just before my period that lasted 3 days and enormous sugar cravings that were uncontrollable. After considerable weight gain I have given up on Yasmin and have now changed back to Dianne, hoping that the madness I went through previously may have just been a mild case of post-natal depression. Who knows?!!!
I do feel for any woman searching for a ‘good pill’, as I have been through the contraceptive pill roller coaster as well, and I fall pregnant very easily and haven’t planned on having another child – so I am not keen on giving up on the pill.
Some of the above suggestions are really worth a try, I wish everyone luck. And I am definately coming back as a man next time around!

I went on Yasmin about 5 years ago (I was 18), and had always suffered from severe migraines maybe once every 2-3 months (one whole side numbness, weird eye spots, nausea, the whole deal) but it wasn’t until 2 years ago that I started to get them at the exact same time every month.

I talked to my doc and she said it was an estrogen withdrawal migrane which happened on the first day I took the sugar pill. She told me the only way to avoid it was to a) skip the sugar pills/break and continue taking the medicated pills for a few months then try again, or b) go on an estrogen supplement for the few days I wasn’t taking the medicated pill.

I went for option a) and because my hormones stayed steady there was no migraine, and also I found it more convenient to skip the ‘period’ you get on the pill anyway. Now I take the sugar pills/have a break once every 3 packets and I haven’t had a withdrawal migraine since. Don’t know if I grew out of it or got used to it but it’s much better either way.

I am on Dianne.. It works really well for me, cleared up my acne, increased my bust size a little, my hair and face don’t get oily anymore.. Periods are lighter and I rarely get period pain. The negative is the moodswings.. I turn into a crazy bitch the week before and after my period. During my period when I’m not taking the pill I feel like my cool calm and collected old self. I miss being like that but do you give up the great skin for it?? I hate how the pill can completely change who you are. I’m certain it ended my last relationship, not that I don’t thank it now but my partner now definately notices my severe moodswings. Loette has been recommended to me by a friend but I REALLY don’t want my acne back. I’m a model.. I can’t afford to have acne! Any suggestions would be most appreciated!

I’ve been on Juliet which is the same as Dianne 35 (just cheaper) since I was a teenager (am now 30) and I’ve always suffered from migraines. I thought i was just susceptible to them, but since going back on the pill after having a baby I get week long migraines which start just before I get my period and they are debilitating! It costs me so much money in Imigran (migraine medication) to get through that week every month and recently I’ve been battling fatigue from being on Valium for too long (post-natal depression and anxiety), but I just went and saw a new doctor and he told me that Dianne is notorious for causing migraines! that is the first time a doctor has told me that! So I’ve switched to Yasmin and am going off Valium and fingers crossed am looking forward to a relatively migraine free and energetic future.

Before going off of the pill I was getting headaches EVERY other day, and they were so severe I would have to leave work. greetings fellow females ;)
This is a really complex topic - all of it… (apart from the divacup and cotton-pad alternatives which are very appealing, thanks)… I’m gonna giv ya’ll a monlogue of my own.
I am 26 years old. I have NEVER had a regular cycle, here and there yes, but never a fully regular cylcle for say more than 6 months or a year when I first started bleeding at about 13.
When I was 15, I told my mum I’d had sex, and we went to the doctor. He told us about Depo-Rovera or whatever its called… as a convenient alternative to the pill.

My mum had studied anatomy and sexual health, and was actually my yr * Health teacher at my first year of highschool, which was kinda funny! I always trusted that mum knew best. In this case, she wanted me to make the choice. The doctor was quite convincing in that the depo method would be harmless and hassle-free. He did inform me that I might experience a very light period, if none at all.. something to do with stuff not travelling down the falopian tube at all which stops the eggs from becoming fertile (i think)… anyways, he also said it might take a while for me to become fertile again after going off it, if say, in a few years I was to decide to have babies, then it could take longer than desired… say 18 months or so.

So mum and I both thought it sounded well -researched and trialed, and eventhough it was a new thing, (kind of back then in 1997), we put our trust in the medical system.

After two injections of depo and 6 months of no beelding whatsoever, I wanted my period back and so stopped taking it. It was so long ago and I dont recall noticing specific side-effects to the depo (I’m a stoner and usually dont notice patterns in myself until years of repetition!)… BUT one thing I’ve always wondered is if it aided my weight gain…

At the time I went on it I was 60kgs, doing thai kickboxing and quite slim.
At the same time I also started working at Donut King !!!!
Looking back at photos of yr 11 and 12… the pics of me at my debuton ball… geez I really was curvy. And at the time I didn’t even really think so. I got up to 75 kgs. That’s 15 kgs heavier than I am now ( I am back to my normal body-size finally yey! he he he That only took ten years!)

I never had problem skin, but do have an addiction to black-head squeezing… its all about not touching your face with the oiliest part of your body, your fingertips! And drinking shitloads of water… and eating lots of fresh veges and a good healthy lifestyle… and hygiene… Otherwise, its genetic… abut I’m sure you couyld still try a few simple things like … the ONLY oil you should aply to your acne-prone skin is TEA-TREE OIL.. and aloe vera wash is good. And medicated soap like Gamophen. I recommend NOT going on the pill for skin clearing.. its gonna mess with your hormones and that’ll only make it more confused in the end. Cut down to a light moisturiser… and use it every time after washing. its wierd.. i used to get pimples on my butt for years until my cousin recommended moisturing it after washing, and putting on cotton briefs to retain the moisture level. I suspected it would make it worse but the results were proven within a week. Now I only get them on my rear if I wear g-strings for too many days, and tights and panyhose and jeans, all which restrict the breathability of your skin.
I expect that if you apply this same formula to your facial, back or chest acne, that you would also have results… maybe not perfect, but an improvement.

Girls, if you’re wearing foundation on your skin regualarly, you have no hope of eradicating the acne. Clogging pores is what creates pimples. So, I wear a foundation very rarely, for those special occasions… and as lazy as I am that night when I want to pass out, I MAKE myself wash it all off.
Every day is different. Most days I like to be make-up free, save for a bit of mascara cause I’m a blonde whit dyed dark hair…on days when I go to work or to a party or even out shopping I wera a loose facial powder. I find that these are really quite good for your skin. Apply with a big brush for better coverage. You may need to exfoliate dry skin off before-hand.
Powder protects your skin from sun damage too ;)

Also I’m an advocator of sunscreen. Coconut oil ones are my favourite (not for the face! a light facial suncream is best) because they’re not petrol;eum based I think, which is better for us and the earth.

Quite a diversion there.. back to the point about periods:

Years of going on and off different pills when it suited me really messed me around. (as well as being a wild child, that gets messy too, and being a smoker.. apparently this affects your period heaps too)… I am now on a combination pill (Levlen ED) which was prescribed to me by a gyno after she heard all about my cysts and lack of bleeding.

Recap - I got an ultrasound done a couple of years back and discovered ten little cyst doobies inhabiting my left ovary. Hmmm. She said I should consider having a family sooner rather than later, as more cycts are likely to form and I am already less likely to fall pregnant. Well… she didn’t mention the fact that they can GROW and pop! My aunt was telling me this was the case after some surgery she had done to remover hers recently. This terrified me! But not for long because I have a girlfriend who is a natural healer, masseuse etc and she said she cured herself of her cysts by doing ‘Prahnic Healing’ on herself and that she can get rid of mine too! Hopefully! SO I’m not fretting anymore.

Another point to add is this:

I had my first pap-smear at about 20 years old. They said I had an ‘abnormality’ and that I’d need to see a specialist as I might have a small degree of cancer! I was pertrified and after waiting 3 weeks for an appointment I went to the hospital, only to be clamped by a metal clamping device which holds your opening open so they can stick a camera up there while they chop a little sample of your uterus out, which hurts a bit :/ Then you can get quite a shock when you look over to the tv screen and see your insides plasted all over it.

The results of the biopsy came back clear. No surprise there. Why would I have had any thing wrong with me? Sure, I’d been sexually active for years, safely, but had no symptoms of anything ‘not right’ inside….

I went for another papsmear 2 years later, like they tell ya to. This time it was all fine. Then I was off the pill for quite a while after breaking up with my boyfriend. I noticed I wasn’t getting my period at all. After months of wondering and going for pregnancy tests I went to get the ultrasound and to see the gynaecologist.

My evaluation of all this after years of stressin and messin around with my system is that I’m partly to blame, for not being more responsible with my pill and risking pregnancy on a few occasions… And I also believe that the health systam is to blame for giving me Polycystic Ovarian Disease. Pretty harsh call but its what I believe.

Before going in for one of those pap-smears, I was fine. Then, they stick implements up inside me and poke em around and cut bits out and take swabs… and wallah, next thing you know I have ten cysts living in my womb!

I reckon one of those scalples or scrapers might’ve had a little speck of dust on em…. and that little speck of dust, or ten… being an alien visitor to the body, is wrapped up and cystified… and held hostage by my own secreted forces.

Now, despite this quite logical conspiracy of mine… I cannot wither in bitterness. i have to abstain from pap-smear tests for as long as possible at this stage. (not likely forever, or maybe, desirably… but I’ll probably have to ghet a couple more in time. For now, with the gyno’s advice, I am taking the Levlen ED to help give myself a regular period (which apparently after years of confusing my body just isn’t happening right now).. the period I’ve been getting has been very very light, which is kinda convenient, but I just can’t wait to fully bleed again… to know that everythings working according to the natural cycle. The gyno also said that the blood of your period will keep the ovaries CLEAN so as to avoid the cysts growing or new ones forming. This seems logical to me. That is afterall one of the functions of bleeding… Also just to feel my uterus releasing its walls… giving up its chance of conceiving… selflessly going with the flow and turn of the cycle and once again starting a new moonth with the capacity to host life, if it happens to come a knockin.

At the prsent time I am aware that it might take years for my body clock to get ticking in time again. But i know I’m on the right track, doing my own research… remaining sceptical to the govt healthcare system…

Ideally I would like to go off the pill altogether, and go by a natural cycle/ ovialation method.. but need to remain on it for a time so trhat I can regain my period once my hormones are correctly balanced. Wouldn’t it be nice if we could get a pill tailor-made for our very own bodies? hmm probably exists, but how expensive is it??!!

My current dilemma ( and i thank you for reading if you are), is that I ran out of my pill pack about 3 weeks ago. I hadn’t bled during my usual week a few weeks prior to that ( i believe cause i was on codeine for a wisdom tooth extraction)… so, when I ran out of pills, I wanted to induce a bleeding (as it was also the full moon and I used to be in time with that, but after forgetting pills my cycle had changed, so I wanted to line up with the full moon again.. i dunno why)… I went and bought a new pill pack and stuff, but was just waiting for like maybe 5 days to see if I would bleed. One tiny spot on one day was all… so I haven’t started taking it again in3 weeks. And I haven’t bled in 6. I’ve been kinda waiting but now I dont know if I should just start taking it again like a new pack. Probably. I should go to the doctor but then again.. should I? I doubt I’m pregant because of my condition, but I’ll have to get that checked too.. its a pain in the arse!

That was well long.. and sporadic.. thanks for your interest.. email me if you want… I dont remember to re-check posts!

Control your own body. Remember, there might be mass-genocide on a political level… alien imposters… all sorts of posibilities… dont necessarily believe that this system is set up to help women.. or men for that matter… humans! Its sopme alien plan to harvest gold from our planet….!!!!

Just have a deep think about where you stand as a human on this planet. We just little working ants that support the system of the new world order. WATCH OUT FOR YOUSELF… no one else can care for you the way you can. Learn, research, get advice, but dont be gullible.

Depo fucked up my period for years. Pap smears have given me an ovarian disease. (by the way, I’ve never broken any bones or had anything more serious than a flu… i’m a tough bird…. hmmm maybe that’s why they wanted to take a piece o me… for genetic splicing, stem-cell research… spare parts!)

Dont kid yourselves, just look at whats happening in China!!! organ harvesting of disease-free Falong Gong practitioners! no. of deaths of FG prisoners equals the number of organ transfers in the last 6 or so years!!!

    WAKE UP EVERYONE WAKE UP!

peace, merry partings xxx and Blessed Be

i’d like to retract my statemtn about you knowing how to care for your body better than anyone.. That’s not necessarily the case. Specialists know a lot more about specific body functions and disorders more than us, your average women… so do trust specialists. But with doctors, use your judgement of character wisely. I personally dont believe seeing an old male doctor who’s out of date and out of touch will help you get to the bottom of your reproductive issues… gynos are xpensive…but if you have a mother then she should help you.. otherwise try and save or raise the money… you have to find out for yourself whats really going on.
but, even gynos will only give you so much time. Good luck.

well you can trust that others can take better care of you then you can,ie specialists, but its good to do your own research too :)
