Grand Central Station, NYC, 1941. Apparently the light doesn’t stream in like this anymore because the buildings around the station are too tall.

ah! the light is amazing! i wish my room could look a little mroe like that in the morning… and the post about the “the end” pictures. a few years ago i allways collected pictures like that in a map on my computer.
