The conservatory in Baltimore is the second oldest in the country. It was opened in 1879. There used to be six of them across the city. Now there’s only this. These gardens. These people left to hold things up.

I’ve been a long-time, far-away admirer of your blog, and I love seeing all of the beautiful places you go and photograph. As I moved to Baltimore last winter, I am impressed you can make this city look as dreamy as your past conquests.

so pretty! and those polka-dot cacti are amazing. (are we allowed to say they’re ‘on-trend’ for this fall yet? ha.)
sad that people don’t feel the need to keep beautiful, nature-focussed places around anymore…they’re the perfect antidote to pretty much everything else in the city.
